I work with clients to resolve a vast array of computer and network issues, ranging from business network server setup and maintenance to repair, support and training for home users on their personal computers.

Unlike many other consultants, I make it a priority to first listen carefully and determine what the client needs and wants are before I try to solve your issues. No matter what the project or repair is, I communicate every step of the way what the issues are and what options you have to cost effectively resolve them.
